Sort out Your Vacation Rental Options

Your property is unique and may have features and extras that you will want to tell guests about to make the property more attractive. Or, perhaps you want to use these as chargeable vacation rental options as a means of generating extra income. Our Option Builder enables you to do just that.

This versatile customizing facility allows you to create and promote personalized vacation rental options, features and extras for each property. You can choose to promote these as non-chargeable or chargeable – and whether they are shown with or without tax for guest inquiries. You can even create seasonal charging rates and rules for individual features such as pool heating that may vary depending on the season and on whether or not it is requested by guests. Vacation rental options such as a welcome pack, use of car, an extra bed and much more can each be optionally shown on the guest booking form plugin. In this way, any chargeable and complimentary options decided by you can be incorporated into the automatic upfront quotes called up by your prospects and guests. Because our service provides automatically calculated quotes there’s no need for you to do what are sometimes complicated calculations allowing for options and taxes.

Setting up your requirements

To set up your Option requirements, go to Setup Wizard on the Configuration screen on your Homes and Rooms Dashboard. Navigate to the Options section and click on the Options Bar to open it. To create your vacation rental options, click on Create New Option and select an option that applies to your property. To do this, start typing to search, or type in your new option if it doesn’t appear in our list. You will be prompted to enter the necessary information related to your option by a number of questions. Option Builder is a responsive system that can be extended to cope with unusual requirements. So, if you have a particular rule, vacation rental options or a certain way in which you want to run the management of your property and our system doesn’t currently support it, just let us know and we’ll gladly incorporate it.
